Over the years, as I was discovering the importance of fitness in my personal and professional life, I came to a crucial realization. When it comes to exercise and diet, supposed quick fixes don’t cut it. True health is a lifestyle.
In 2000, after countless conversations with friends, family and clients, I finally took the plunge and founded HOW TO GAIN BOXING. Since then, I have put my heart and soul into the site, providing workout tips and healthy recipes, as well as other ways to get involved in the fitness community.
